Dr. Quenum and Associates' pricing structure is divided
in two categories:
-A- MEDIUM RANGE INTERVENTION
This
pricing structure concerns investment amount below US$: 1,000,000.00 - in and
out Africa - Financing research / sourcing excluded:

Market
analysis: US$ 1,500.00 per day; plus one air return
ticket to the destination of mission or any other African capital-city; plus on-spot
accommodation expenses. 15 working days minimum.

Business
Plan: maximum pages: 50 (fifty) - Annexes (Tables
and graphs included): US: US$ 250.00 (two hundred fifty) per page.

Translation
from English to French of investment, trade, maintenance
and technical documents / brochures: US$ 75.00 (seventy five) per page.

Provide
high level African "Contract facilitator"
to international investor / trader / company's negotiation team to any African
country: US$: 6,000.00 (six thousand) fees/ commission
per day - minimum: 10 working days - Final quotation depending on destination
country.
-B- HIGH LEVEL INVESTMENT INTERVENTION
This
pricing structure applies by Dr. Quenum and Associates to interventions
in financing research / sourcing for investment and trade projects in and out
Africa:

Financing
research / Assistance for Financial Guarantee Issuance
A Non
Disclosure Non Circumvent Agreement to be signed between Client / Borrower /
Investor and Dr. Quenum and Associates. Click

Business
planning concerning above described investment:
Dr. Quenum & Associates bill client / investor fees
for drafted Business Plan. Dr. Quenum and Associates signs contract / agreement
with clients / investors for such fees to be:
a- included into the financing
package.
b- and paid to Dr. Quenum and Associates at the same payment date
of the "Success Fees." Click

- Other interventions: Complete investment planning including: 1- project
evaluation. 2- Business Plan. 3- Top management hiring. 4- Operation supervision.
4- Production marketing / local and international. Etc.
Intervention pricing
is set after the signature of an intervention agreement and
contract between Dr. Quenum & Associates and client(s).
