BY STEP PROCEDURE TO ENHANCING A BANK AND OR STATE
ENDORSED GUARANTEE | |
Following
is the general procedure to enhencing a Bank or State's endorsed Guarantee:
(1)
Borrower submits application specifying Project Summary, loan / investment amount,
proposed loan / investment terms, requested fund release schedule, bankable collateral
instrument offered and if available an exact sample verbiage of collateral instrument.

Dr. Quenum and Associates and financing partners review and approve the request
and respond with Intention to Loan / Invest specifying terms and procedure for
collateral verification and fund releases. Click
here for more At Borrowers request Dr. Quenum & Associates'
financing partners may consider paying the opening fee for approved bankable instruments
and including such fee as part of the loan. Click
here for more. In such case the Borrower's bank must first issue
Pre-advice to Issue collateral instrument "in favor of designated Dr. Quenum &
Associates' financing partner(s); signed by two bank officers and attach exact
verbiage of said instrument. Click

partner(s) approve the verbiage and arrange the issuance of Bank Confirmation
to pay opening fee (3) Borrower and designated Dr; Quenum
& Associates' financing partner(s) sign Loan / Investment Contract which
includes the understanding that the collateral instrument will be returned free
and clear with no encumbrances to the Borrower at agreed to time; Click

(4) Borrower's bank deposits collateral instrument (bank-to-bank)
in an escrow account in a designated major European / Asian / American bank where
it remains for the agreed to term; (5) Designated Dr.
Quenum & Associates' financing partner(s) release funds in accordance with
Loan / Investment Contract and returns collateral instrument free, clear and unencumbered
at the agreed to time.
