1-
- Buyer to send Letter of Intent (LOI) to Purchase, including information
about buyer's bank in charge of the transaction. That is postal address of the
bank, Tel number, Fax number, and Email address. Also should be mentioned the
name of the officer in charge of buyer/ company's account, and his Email address.
2- LOI drafted as above required on buyer's / company's paper head to
be scanned (no copy) and attached to Dr. Quenum & Associates,

3- Transaction's procedures/paper works from LOI drafting to other documents's
exchange are fully exposed on a specimen LOI that can be emailed
to an interested party. Send a requesting email to Dr. Quenum & Associates
