are two fees or commissions' categories, which are to be paid by borrowers to
Dr. Quenum And Associates / BusinessAfrica™ only when the "closing date"
of the loan is agreed upon between Borrower / Financing Source and Dr. Quenum
And Associates / BusinessAfrica™
A- EXPENSES AND ABSENCE COMPENSATION
FEES BEFORE CLOSING MEETING
This is charged to borrower
by BusinessAfrica™ / Dr. Quenum & Associates when loan's Closing date
and place agreed upon with financing source. The amount in the range of US$
10 to 15,000 to be fully paid with the supply of two full economy air-return
tickets. For more on the

B- SUCCESS FEE
The Success fee is paid at the time of loan closing against a Pay Order
delivered to Dr. Quenum And Associates / BusinessAfrica™ by Borrower before the
Closing Meeting:
